Following the above dictum marks the beginning of initiation of a new employee. This perhaps, is the most important aspect in today's relationship - marketing environment. We believe that customer delight creates an emotional affinity towards a product or service, not just rational preference and this creates high customer loyalty. At Asset Integrated Info Systems customer satisfaction is number one priority. How do we achieve it? By giving the customer a voice and listening to it. When our customers told us that changing the invoice format in tally was a major priority we listened to them, after taking their input and using our expertise in tally definition language (TDL), we have designed more user friendly reports.
The point is when a customer talks we listen. Of, course we are not saying that we are perfect, but what we are saying is that we will never be 100% satisfied, until you are, too.
